SPOT DELIVERY AGREEMENT

The purpose of this form is to describe the terms under which the consumer is allowed to use the dealership's vehicle pending financing. This form is the document upon which the parties identify and agree on the physical condition of the delivered vehicle as well as the physical condition of any trade-in vehicle. It requires the dealer to retain in storage the trade-in vehicle until the sale is completed and it prohibits the dealer from investing any time or money in the trade-in vehicle except as authorized by the consumers signed approval. This form also provides that the consumer will not be charged detail or restocking fees in the event the vehicle is returned and it sets the maximum number of days for arranging financing while describing the consumer's obligations related to seeking the financing arrangements in addition to describing the consumer's liability in the event financing cannot be arranged and the vehicle is returned. 2 PART, 8 1/2" x 11", 100 PER PACKAGE
